7. If you like Shaggy's unique blend of reggae with hip-hop beats (and sometimes hip-hop macho posturing as well) then as a complete work this is probably his best album. Songs like "Oh Carolina" and "Nice and Lovely" are genuine new reggae gems from the early to mid-Nineties, and I spent a great deal of my younger teenage years enjoying this album/5(7).
